What Now?

I'm pretty much stuck. If you know how to lose weight, I'm up to hear what's worked for you. With the workouts I've been doing, and healthy eating I've been doing, I didn't end up where I had thought I would. My body shape has definitely changed, and I'm grateful for that, but honestly, my weight is right where it was 9 months ago! Even with all the cardio and weights, and even with eating clean.

My insulin resistance has me on medication, and I'm hoping that will finally start the engines again. I don't know, but I'm about ready to give up. Don't get me wrong, I'll keep moving, and eating better than I used to, but I'm pretty much coming to terms that I may stay this size for longer than I anticipated.

What's frustrating, is knowing that if my body responded like most people, I could have been down about 50 pounds by now!
