Extra Time
I'm excited. I get my son for an extra week this summer. That's a nice treat. Should I be flattered? Heck no, it's not about me! LOL It's about Jack. He is excited to hang out with him more. We have a nice summer planned so I'm looking forward to it.
We're taking a trip in July, (don't worry, hubby is home with the menagerie of pets) and a short trip in August.
When you're a divorced family, you get used to split summers. I usually have him for 4 weeks in the summer, but this summer I have 5. I'll take what I can get. :)
