Surviving NJ

My mail went down on me. I couldn't access it for 2 days. I was a bit upset, to say the least. So this morning, when I was finally able to access my account, I was tickled! I was happy, until I saw my account was purged, and I was missing over 200 emails. My jaw dropped. I had important information in there. They weren't life or death matters, but they were important, had contacts, news, pieces of information I was saving...and then they were gone.

The blood drained out of my face. I contacted the company, and I'm hoping because I have a premium account that they'll have some back-up. Please, please, please let them have back-up. So this is a shout out, as a big ole reminder to everyone....back-up your stuff! If it's important to you, and suddenly it was gone, what would you do?

I'm scrambling to recover, and praying they have back-up files. I back-up my hard drive often, but this was web-based mail. I didn't back it up...and now I've learned a valuable lesson. Passing this on to you now. Over 200 emails purged, and I wasn't ANYWHERE near my space limit.
