Costly Maintenance

I'm dangling on a thread.

I have to make a decision in the next 5 days on something that's costly. The problem is, I'm back and forth on what I want to do. Overall, it's a good value to keep something, but on the other hand, the maintenance is costly. The question becomes, do I put the extra money out and keep it up, when I may not use it all that much? Or do I lose a large investment that my parents put in?

We're sitting on this trying to decide and it's a huge decision to come to.

We're part of a vacation club that had a big investment initially, but the yearly upkeep has almost doubled! Decisions, decisions...oh yeah, and I have until December 31st to decide. :\
