Learning As I Go

As you know I've started working out. Let me tell you, I'm feeling my lats today. OY! Anyway, I've wanted to read a little bit more about nutritional supplements, vitamins, and things like hoodia. I'm familiar with the nutrition aspect of what you should eat, it's getting myself slowly into the right path. While I'm working on gently guiding myself to better eating, I thought I could do research on these different things. Has any one had good experience with Hoodia? I've been hearing interesting things, and they even did a segment on something like 20/20 or Dateline one time, but mentioned it was best from a certain area. I think it was Diane Sawyer, so forgive me for not remembering the show. I can't keep straight who is on which news show.
