New Jersey property taxes run about twice the national average, and Gov. Corzine is signing into a law a property tax relief program. It will offer about a 20% deduction to home owners.

Good news, also knowing there will be a cap in the future. NJ residents have been overpaying for a long time! If you live in another state, think about your property taxes, now double it...welcome to the state of New Jersey.
